The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience, including a consulting background. OnePay offers a competitive salary range of $140K to $190K, along with stock options and health benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience across consulting, product/corporate strategy, or venture capital.
• Consulting background (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar).
• Strong product intuition and excellent problem structuring skills.

Responsibilities
