Job summary

OnePay Global LLC is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive the budgeting and forecasting process across an expanding fintech platform in the United States. You will partner with cross-functional teams to guide strategic decisions, manage headcount and vendor spend, and deliver meaningful insights to senior leaders.

The role requires strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and the ability to embed AI-driven process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years in corporate finance, FP&A, or similar roles in fintech/tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of budgets and forecasts, including headcount, compensation, and vendor spend.
• Serving as financial partner across teams, advising on financial decisions and performance improvement.
• Tracking and analyzing expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and identifying cost efficiencies.
• Analyzing results, conducting variance analyses, and communicating insights to improve performance.
• Delivering regular and ad-hoc financial reports to CFO and senior G&A leads with commentary on trends and risks.
• Collaborating with Accounting and other departments to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models for scenario analysis and long-term planning.
• Continuously improving financial processes and exploring AI integrations to drive efficiency.
