Job summary

The Simplot Company, Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partnering Analyst to support the global McDonald’s business within the Global Food organization. You will provide financial guidance and act as liaison between Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and regional teams.

You will develop models, analyze profitability, support planning and forecasting, and drive initiatives to improve financial visibility and decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business or finance field.
8+ years of related experience and/or training.
Strong analytical abilities and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, profitability metrics, and KPIs to support decision‑making.
Serve as the primary finance partner for the McDonald's business, providing financial insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Develop financial models, proformas, and business case analyses to evaluate opportunities and pricing proposals.
Partner with commercial teams to assess profitability, pricing impacts, and business risks and opportunities.
Support annual planning, forecasting, and monthly business reviews with cross‑functional teams.
Lead projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial visibility.
