Job summary

CRC Group, an independent pure-play brokerage and underwriting specialty insurance distributor, seeks an FP&A Director in Charlotte, NC. You will lead forecasts, annual plans, and multi-year planning, delivering insights to senior leaders.

You will partner across finance and business units to drive performance, manage the close process, and enhance forecasting tools and reports for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial experience.
• Experience leading complex enterprise planning, reporting, or performance-management processes.
• Prior people-management or team-leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, the annual operating plan, and multi-year planning.
• Coordinate enterprise consolidation and planning governance with cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership-level support for monthly management and Board reporting with variance analysis.
• Support quarterly earnings process and engagement with lenders and rating agencies.
• Partner with senior executives to evaluate performance, manage spending, and strengthen financial accountability.
• Identify risks and opportunities and quantify their financial impact for leadership.
• Lead analysis of revenue, expenses, headcount, margins, and cash flows to support decisions.
• Improve forecasting, data governance, and reporting tools; advance Workday/Planning capabilities.
