Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Property and Select to partner with leaders of two product lines. You will own forecasts, budgets, and planning, translating finance insights into actionable business decisions and supporting sustainable growth.

The role requires 7–10 years in FP&A or corporate finance, a finance degree, and proficiency with budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, and financial modeling. Insurance/financial services experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 7–10 years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience is required.
• Advanced financial planning and analysis expertise is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own financial forecasts, business outlooks, annual budgets, and planning for two product lines.
• Establish budgeting processes and a consistent financial cadence.
• Provide analysis and decision support to leaders on results, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver compensation and incentive analysis, including support related to unvalidated producers.
• Drive disciplined cost management, workforce planning, and hiring decisions with leadership.
