Job summary

Cirba Solutions seeks a Director of FP&A in Charlotte to lead planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will drive the annual plan, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and KPI development while guiding strategic investments and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires senior-level leadership, strong analytical abilities, and experience building financial models. You will present to executives and the board, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RD teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective leadership of people, processes and workflows.
• Strong systems aptitude and adaptability to change.
• Highly effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning and financial forecast processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, R&D and G&A for plans.
• Create and refine performance metrics to drive accountability.
• Prepare monthly financial package for executives and board of directors.
• Develop management reporting with insights into trends and growth drivers.
• Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful business insights.
• Develop and maintain a 13-week daily cashflow forecast.
• Build proforma models to align investments with strategy.
• Lead financial analyses and presentations for executives and third parties.
• Complete special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
