Job summary

CRC Group, a leading independent insurance distributor, seeks a Finance Business Partner for Property and Select. You will own FP&A for two product lines, lead forecasts and budgets, and deliver insightful analysis to guide executives in driving growth and disciplined financial management.

Responsibilities include compensation analysis, cost management, and workforce planning, with engagement across leadership teams. Strong experience in budgeting and financial modeling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7–10 years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience.
• Advanced financial planning and analysis expertise.
• Certifications preferred: CPA, CFA, FPAC, MBA.

Responsibilities

• Own financial forecasts, budgets, and annual planning for two product lines.
• Establish budgeting processes and align with operating rhythm.
• Provide analysis, insights, and decision support for leadership.
• Deliver compensation and incentive analysis for producers.
• Drive cost management, workforce planning, and hiring decisions.
