Vasion seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis and partner with the CFO on strategic decisions. This high-visibility role requires building and owning the operating plan, forecasts, and long-range models while translating SaaS performance data into clear insights for executives, the Board, and investors.

You will lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and R&D.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. 5+ years leading FP&A teams in B2B SaaS.
• Deep SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV, payback, Rule of 40.
• Experience preparing Board/investor reporting; PE-backed environment preferred.
• Hands-on M&A modeling and diligence, integration planning.
• Advanced financial modeling, ERP/CRM (Salesforce), Adaptive/Anaplan; strong Excel and BI.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year long-range plan.
• Build and maintain ARR, bookings, billings, retention, and churn models.
• Prepare Board materials and investor reporting with CFO; articulate financial narrative.
• Partner with functional leaders; provide variance, headcount, spend, pricing insights.
• Lead M&A modeling, diligence, synergy analysis, and post-close integration tracking.
• Hire, develop, and lead FP&A managers and analysts; drive reporting automation.
• Improve planning tools, data pipelines, and close/revenue recognition processes.
• Deliver rapid ad hoc analyses on pricing, capital allocation, and unit economics.
