Vasion, Inc. in Utah seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function and partner with the CFO on operating plans, forecasts, and long-range modeling.

This leader will translate SaaS performance data into clear executive insights for the Board and investors. You will build and own ARR/NRR models, drive M&A diligence, lead a team of finance professionals, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and R&D to enable strategic decision-making

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience
• 5+ years leading FP&A teams
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV)
• Experience in Board/investor reporting and PE-backed environments
• Hands-on M&A modeling and integration planning
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and present clearly

Aufgaben

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts, and multi-year plan
• Build and maintain SaaS metrics framework (ARR, bookings, churn)
• Prepare Board materials and investor reporting
• Provide variance analysis and headcount/spend planning
• Lead financial modeling for acquisitions and strategic investments
• Hire, develop, and lead FP&A team; drive reporting automation
