Job summary

Vasion, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team as the analytical backbone of our revenue engine. This role collaborates with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate top-of-funnel activity into ARR and ARR into GAAP revenue.

You will lead annual revenue planning, manage rolling forecasts, and craft executive narratives for quarterly reviews and board reporting. Candidates should be fluent in SaaS metrics and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of FP&A, revenue ops, or related analytical finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to defend forecast models.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback).
• Ability to interpret contract terms and their financial implications.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain authoritative voice on sales and revenue metrics.
• Define metric methodology and ensure audit-ready numbers across functions.
• Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting packages.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on pipeline forecast and pricing scenarios.
• Translate bookings and ARR into GAAP revenue and drive revenue planning.
• Lead annual revenue planning, rolling forecasts, and variance explanations.
• Collaborate on revenue recognition timing and ASC 606 alignment.
• Prepare materials for board decks and investor reporting.
