hireneXus is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis for a growing, multi-entity organization.

Reporting to the CFO, the role partners with executive and operational leadership to provide financial insights that support profitability, working capital optimization, capital allocation, and strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
• An MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is preferred.
• At least 10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-entity organizations and private equity-backed environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and operational finance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Direct annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop and maintain integrated three-statement financial models.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and working capital projections.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting on cash requirements.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting to exec, board, and lenders.
• Lead FP&A team and partner with senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements across ERP and BI tools.
• Evaluate performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Support acquisitions and corporate development as needed.
