Job summary

Ubique Group is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the company planning cycle, provide senior financial partnership across sales, operations, and marketing, and develop models for pricing, inventory, and growth decisions.

You will own the Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecast, and long-range plan, coach the FP&A team, and drive improvements in KPI reporting, data quality, and executive-level decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive recommendations.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on leadership in a lean, high-growth environment.
• Commercial orientation with growth and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecast, and multi-year long-range plan across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, and EBITDA.
• Lead the monthly and quarterly planning cadence, including forecast calls, variance analysis, and monthly business reviews.
• Partner with executives to translate strategy into multi-year financial targets and actionable initiatives; build relationships with leaders across sales, operations, supply chain, sourcing, and marketing.
• Champion automation and continuous improvement across planning, reporting, and analysis, including practical use of AI to extend team capacity.
