Job summary

Staritas is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and management reporting for a private equity-backed Delaware C corporation with a distributed US and international workforce.

You will own financial modeling, KPI framework, and performance analysis, partnering with CFO and senior leadership to translate data into actionable insights and to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance experience.
• Experience owning annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Distributed or remote work environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company’s enterprise-wide FP&A process including the annual operating budget, forecasts, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plan.
• Develop integrated financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, profitability, cash flow and other drivers.
• Maintain forecasting methodologies reflecting subscription and consulting business models.
• Provide objective financial analysis and challenge to operating assumptions and investments.
• Support private equity, Board and lender materials with forward-looking covenant models and performance reporting.
• Coach and develop the Senior Financial Analyst and establish FP&A priorities and standards.
