Job summary

Dotmatics seeks a FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team and act as the analytical engine for a fast-growing SaaS business operating globally. You will lead monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 5+ years of corporate finance experience, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/planning tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of finance-related experience in a corporate setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a financial advisor; provide KPI analysis and guidance to business functions to meet OKRs.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models; conduct scenario analyses and provide recommendations.
• Work with large datasets to develop analytics that drive revenue, profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, drivers, and unit economics to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Analyze results, forecasts, variances and trends; distill key messages for partners.
• Identify new metrics to drive business performance aligned with strategic priorities.
• Contribute to strategic projects including M&A, fundraising, and business initiatives.
