Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and reporting excellence. You will partner with the organization to improve financial stability, guide ad hoc projects, and ensure alignment with Danaher DBS standards.

You will report to the CFO, manage a global finance team, and drive cross-functional collaboration to turn insights into impactful business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility in planning, forecasting, financial analysis, business partnership, and performance management.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams across a geographically dispersed, global environment.
• Experience operating in a multinational, matrixed organization; CPA/ACA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting processes and related deliverables.
• Drive financial stability through closing, internal controls, cost discipline and forecasting accuracy.
• Champion DBS-based continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reporting tools.
• Enable financial stability through systems, transparency and understanding of business constraints.
• Support strategic initiatives, operating reviews, and ad hoc global projects.
