Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Pasadena or San Diego is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate FP&A to drive enterprise-wide financial planning, executive reporting, and strategic decision support.

The role partners with G&A functions including Information Systems & Informatics, Finance, Legal, and People Services & Culture to lead budgets, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and Board materials, while advancing Anaplan and other FP&A systems to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience building models.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with leadership at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of FP&A to support enterprise-wide financial planning and corporate finance initiatives.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range planning, forecasts, and monthly financial outlooks.
• Develop executive-level presentations and analyses for Leadership Team meetings and Board materials.
