You will collaborate with both business and technical teams to drive efficiency and financial performance at the Safford operation. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with SAP, Power BI, Excel, and Business Objects, and experience in mining or manufacturing finance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 8 years of financial analysis or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 4 years of financial analysis experience.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 2 years of financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into cost models and analyze data for savings opportunities.
• Monitor departmental costs, assist budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to enhance financial efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets, build reports and dashboards, and support decision-making.
• Deliver financial reports and actionable insights to reduce costs and drive revenue growth.
