Job summary

Capstone Copper, Pinto Valley, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Specialist to lead planning, budgeting and performance analysis. You will drive cost controls, develop forecasting models and support major project investments on site.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver proactive financial insights, optimize cost structures and ensure alignment with the mine's strategic goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in business analysis, cost analysis, dashboards, budgeting and forecasting in mining.
• Experience driving cost control and performance indicators across a mine site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Pinto Valley to develop and execute business planning and improvement initiatives.
• Develop analysis tools to drive cost control and operational performance indicators.
• Coordinate budgeting cycles and validate mine budgets and Life of Mine financial models.
• Provide investment analysis for major projects and support economics studies.
