Job summary

Booking Holdings in Norwalk, CT is hiring a Senior Manager, FP&A for a hybrid role with two in-office days. The position serves as the owner of compensation financial planning across the Booking portfolio and as a strategic partner on enterprise-wide initiatives.

You will oversee end-to-end compensation programs, including annual bonus and PSU grids for executives, SBC budgeting and forecasting, and governance across multiple brands and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance-related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and multi-currency forecasting skills.
• Experience with compensation planning, equity accounting, and governance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end oversight of enterprise compensation programs, including annual bonus and PSU grids for NEOs and senior leaders, and SBC budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead preparation of FP&A materials for Talent & Compensation Committee and ensure governance and CFO/Board readiness.
• Support proxy filing processes by providing compensation data and analyses with HR and legal teams.
• Own quarterly PSU factors and bonus calculations, ensure accurate entries and forecast alignment; promote process automation for efficiency and controls.
• Develop and improve compensation governance frameworks; embed programs into FP&A systems and reporting.
• Act as FP&A integration lead for enterprise initiatives and support intercompany forecasting processes.
