Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to own end-to-end compensation financial planning across the enterprise. You will manage annual bonus, PSU grids, and SBC budgeting, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership across brands and geographies.

You will lead FP&A deliverables for the Talent & Compensation Committee, ensure accurate currency sharing and governance, and promote automation of compensation processes to strengthen controls and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong command of financial modeling, scenario analysis, and multi-currency financial dynamics.
• Experience with compensation financial planning, stock-based compensation, and proxy filings is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial oversight of compensation programs, including annual bonus and PSU grids for NEOs and local brand leaders.
• Lead FP&A materials for Talent & Compensation Committee and ensure accuracy for CFO/Board review.
• Support annual proxy filing with data, calculations, and analysis; coordinate with HR/legal/external reporting.
• Own quarterly PSU and bonus calculations and banking entries; drive automation for efficiency and controls.
• Develop and improve compensation governance frameworks aligned with enterprise priorities.
