Colliers in the United States is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decisions across the organization. You'll partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, manage costs, and implement robust controls, reporting to the Regional Finance Director for Central and Southeast Regions.

You will develop advanced financial models, lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor FCF, and present variance analyses to senior leaders.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Financial Planning and Analysis in a large company, CRE preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar field.
• Strong FP&A, cost management and cash-flow optimization abilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
