Georg Fischer Ltd. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial FP&A to drive profitability and strategic insights across Marketing & Sales.

You will partner with leaders to analyse performance, model scenarios, and support pricing, portfolio, and channel initiatives. The role combines financial forecasting, budgeting, and governance reporting in a hybrid setup with onsite work at our Apple Valley, Minnesota headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, incl. 2 years in forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability drivers, and key metrics.

Responsabilités

• Analyze product, category, and business segment profitability; develop financial reporting and insights.
• Lead pricing analytics and governance reporting; monitor KPIs and price/margin trends.
• Support new product development with scenario modelling and business case development.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions in Marketing & Sales.
• Collaborate with global reporting teams to align with BFS-AM requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and processes.
