Uponor Corporation in Apple Valley, Minnesota, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial FP&A to support profitability and strategic initiatives. The role combines pricing, margin analysis, and new product development with key P&L oversight and strategic collaboration.

The analyst will lead profitability studies, provide actionable insights to senior leadership, and partner with Marketing & Sales on financial planning, forecasting, and performance improvement across business segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability drivers, and key financial metrics.
• Experience with advanced financial planning and reporting systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Analyze product, category, and business segment profitability; develop financial reporting and insights; and facilitate regular P&L reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead pricing analytics and governance reporting, including monitoring KPIs, evaluating pricing initiatives, analyzing price and margin trends, and preparing insights for leadership.
• Serve as the Finance partner for new product development and key strategic initiatives, including scenario modelling, business case development, pre- and post-launch analysis, and updates to senior leadership.
• Support promotional, portfolio management, and channel diversification initiatives through financial analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with global category reporting teams to align with BFS-AM business requirements.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic, data-driven decisions across Marketing & Sales.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial performance, processes, and business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
