Job summary

Uponor is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial FP&A to drive profitability insights across Marketing & Sales. You will partner with leaders to analyze performance, support pricing and new product initiatives, and provide scenario modelling and business-case updates for senior leadership.

The role is hybrid, onsite at the Minnesota headquarters in Apple Valley, and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decisions, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability drivers, and key financial metrics.
• Experience with advanced financial planning and reporting systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, category, and business segment profitability; develop financial reporting and insights.
• Lead pricing analytics and governance reporting, monitoring KPIs and price/margin trends.
• Serve as the Finance partner for new product development and strategic initiatives.
• Support promotional, portfolio management, and channel diversification initiatives.
• Collaborate with global category reporting teams to align with BFS-AM requirements.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and processes through cross-functional collaboration.
