Uponor, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial FP&A to provide financial expertise for Marketing & Sales decisionMaking. You will partner with business leaders to analyze performance, drive profitability, and support an excellent customer experience.

The role requires forecasting, budgeting, and modeling skills, with a focus on pricing, product profitability, and strategic initiatives. This hybrid role is based at the Apple Valley headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and profitability drivers.
• Ability to develop financial models and translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, category, and business segment profitability; develop financial reporting and insights.
• Lead pricing analytics and governance reporting; monitor KPIs and pricing initiatives.
• Partner on new product development with scenario modelling and business cases.
• Support promotional and portfolio management through financial analysis.
• Collaborate with global reporting teams to align with BFS-AM requirements.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support data-driven strategic decisions.
