Job summary

SPS Health LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an Analyst, Strategic Finance & Planning to join the Finance team. You will lead real-time financial performance monitoring, build a reporting toolkit, and support annual budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis.

You will evaluate M&A opportunities, manage data rooms, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants, and leverage AI-driven workflows to improve reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of corporate finance / FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel (complex formulas, models, pivots) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI reporting and SQL databases.
• Experience using AI tools for automation and analysis (Anthropic Claude a plus).
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to defend decisions with data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with leadership to execute key business priorities.
• Input into monthly close process and budget vs actual analyses.
• Coordinate annual budgeting with business unit leaders and executive review.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and perform root-cause analyses.
• Assist evaluation of M&A targets and due diligence.
• Support cash flow modeling and forecasting.
• Build robust reporting packages for leadership.
