Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Associate of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with Finance leadership to translate results into actionable insights, ensuring GAAP alignment and data integrity across systems from Workday to Adaptive Planning.

You will build executive-ready materials, manage routine close packages, and champion automation using AI and tools like Power Query and SQL to scale processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 4-6 years in FP&A or related accounting roles.
• Fintech or banking experience preferred.
• MBA, CPA, CFA a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and pivots; Power Query a plus.
• Experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Strong GAAP and management reporting knowledge.
• Experience with large datasets; SQL skills a plus.
• BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with data integrity discipline and clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: support annual budget build and long-range planning.
• Monthly & Quarterly Reporting: maintain close packages and leadership materials.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: respond to requests on headcount, production, and operations.
• Systems & Process: support Workday reporting, Adaptive Planning, data integrity, and automation initiatives.
