TheKey is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic partner, owning financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. You will collaborate with stakeholders, test assumptions, and drive operational improvements using advanced analytics and automation.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in corporate finance or FP&A, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a proactive business-partner mindset. Private equity or labor-driven sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A.
• Proven ability to build and own financial models and forecasting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with AI or automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast; own key financial models, reporting packages, and forecasting workstreams.
• Deliver variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to test assumptions and support decisions.
• Develop business cases and investment analyses, including rate increases and utilization.
• Build dashboards, automate recurring processes, and improve data flow; apply AI analytics to forecasting and reporting.
• Mentor analysts and advance team tools and templates.
