Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a dynamic Senior Associate, FP&A to enhance its finance capabilities and liaise with senior leaders. This role will focus on financial forecasting and modeling to drive decision-making and resource allocation.

As part of a high-performing Finance team in New York, you’ll help streamline our budgeting processes and empower business leaders to manage their P&Ls effectively, all while leveraging AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a high-growth company.
• Strong hands-on expertise with FP&A systems.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance partner to senior leaders across departments.
• Build scalable financial models for budgets and forecasts.
• Manage opex and capex budgets and own department monthly processes.
