Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A experience at a high-growth or publicly traded company.
• Hands-on FP&A systems knowledge with EPM/CPM platforms; experience leading a system implementation or major upgrade is a plus.
• Analytical horsepower and ability to translate complex financial data into executive narratives.
• A systems thinker with a track record of improving processes.
• A collaborative partner who works well with non-finance stakeholders.
• Curiosity about applying AI and automation to FP&A workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Aviation, Member Care, Growth, Public Affairs, Legal, and People to build trusted relationships.
• Build dynamic, detailed, and scalable financial models to support budgets, reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Manage opex and capex budgets with commentary and monthly variance analysis.
• Empower business leaders to own their P&Ls through intuitive reporting and financial reviews.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities across business areas.
• Drive cost savings and growth initiatives with detailed business cases.
• Support creation of Investor Relations, Board materials, and Management Financial Reviews.
• Champion improvements to forecasting tools and leverage AI/automation.
