Job summary

LanguageLine Solutions seeks a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a $1B+ B2B services organization. You will administer FP&A tools, connect data across D365 F&O, Salesforce, and data warehouses, and present insights with polished executive presentations.

You will collaborate with finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver reliable reporting, drive planning, and apply AI tools to improve productivity while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or closely related roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with executive-ready storytelling.
• Practical experience with FP&A/ CPM platforms (Prophix preferred) and ERP/Finance systems (D365 F&O).
• Experience with data integration from CRM and ERP sources and BI tools (Power BI).
• Ability to read/write basic SQL and validate data; experience with AI tools (ChatGPT) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FP&A planning models, reporting structures, and system documentation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, actuals, KPIs, and revenue/margin analyses.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint decks for leadership and board materials.
• Extract and validate data from D365 F&O, Salesforce, data warehouses and other sources.
• Use SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Management Reporter to build reliable reporting datasets.
• Apply AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Support monthly close, management reporting, audits, and special projects.
