Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan planning solutions for US finance. You will translate requirements, develop scalable models, and deliver dashboards to enable accurate forecasting and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, data integrity, and continuous improvement of planning processes, with a focus on governance and training to expand adoption across EY US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation experience.
• 5-7+ years in finance/business with supervisory/forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Design, develop and deploy scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting models.
• Improve data availability, accuracy and governance for decision support.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools with actionable insights.
• Support system integrations and data flow between enterprise systems.
• Perform testing, QA, and performance optimization.
• Train users and drive adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
