Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate who combines FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration. You will design, build, and optimize connected planning solutions to support forecasting and reporting for the US firm, ensuring data accuracy and a single source of truth for decision making.

You will collaborate with global IT and finance teams, enhance models, and create intuitive dashboards while maintaining compliance and governance across US planning and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of relevant FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5–7+ years in finance/business with supervisory/forecasting/budgeting experience.
• End-to-end planning/EPM implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Experience translating business requirements to IT solutions.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team.
• Limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Anaplan functional solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting solutions.
• Build and enhance complex models for finance, analytics and reporting.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
• Test and ensure quality assurance of models and data flows.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Drive automation to streamline manual processes.
• Develop technical and business documentation for governance.
