Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning solutions for US forecasting and reporting. You will partner with stakeholders to deploy scalable models, improve data integrity, and deliver decision-ready insights.

The role requires strong FP&A and systems experience, with a focus on end-to-end planning, governance, and evolving AI/ML applications in finance.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A and systems implementation.
5-7+ years in a finance/business capacity with at least 3 years of supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign.
Experience as a middle person between the business and the development team.
Ability to work in a highly virtual team.
Anaplan experience (model building or related certification) is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting solutions.
Support complex analysis and reporting needs.
Assess impact of changes on upstream/downstream processes.
Build and enhance models for finance, analytics and reporting.
Create dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
Conduct testing and quality assurance.
Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
Facilitate user training and knowledge sharing.
Drive automation and data integration to streamline processes.
