Qualifications

• 7+ years diversified Finance experience with leadership in forecasting and reporting.
• Experience driving process improvements and finance excellence.
• Strong collaboration and influencing across functions.
• Balanced accounting/finance background in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Forward-thinking with ability to forecast and plan effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term planning (LRP/AOP) and quarterly forecasts.
• Manage month-end close, MOR and QBR processes and analyses.
• Develop dashboards to visualize financial results and trends.
• Collaborate with BU finance leaders to align timelines and deliverables.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to executive leadership.
