Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial models and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across multiple business units to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance models for budgeting and long-range planning.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor performance with variance analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automation.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate initiatives.
• Assist with audits and process improvements.
• Mentor less experienced team members and lead key projects.
