Job summary

The role reports to the Senior Director, Finance and involves close work on P&L, cash flow, balance sheet forecasting, and multi-year scenario modeling.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years FP&A experience in manufacturing or product-focused business.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning.
• Analyze inventory risk and gross margin trends.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership.
• Assist with private equity stakeholder reporting.
