Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Essbase and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience analyzing spend over $100M and extracting data from relational databases.
• Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred and attention to detail is essential.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 2-5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst, with a focus on FP&A.
• Proven experience supporting corporate functions with budgeting and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Essbase and/or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience working with spend of $100M+ (labor, vendor, capital).
• Ability to extract data from relational databases such as SQL or Oracle.
• Previous experience supporting the mortgage industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
