Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, Financial Analyst, BI, Operations Finance, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Domo, SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership.
• Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, operational, customer, and product data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting revenue forecasts, inventory planning, transportation costs, and expense management.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting to drive informed decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital; assist with treasury activities and lender reporting.
• Present meaningful business insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Accounting.
• Drive process improvements through automation, AI, and advanced data analytics.
