Job summary

The role focuses on management reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements to drive accurate insights and smarter decision-making. The candidate will build complex financial models, lead the budgeting cycle, and partner with IT to ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years in an FP&A role.
• Strong understanding of financial and data systems.
• Graduate degree or professional certification such as CPA/CFP.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to operating groups and leadership.
• Analyze financial results vs budgets and forecasts; explain narratives.
• Design and prepare ad hoc and standard management reports.
• Develop moderate to complex financial models to assess initiatives.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Create and maintain planning templates and reports.
• Perform data reconciliations and ensure accuracy of work products.
• Identify patterns/outliers and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain financial systems used for analysis.
• Identify areas for process improvement and reduce errors.
