Job summary

RES is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead forecasting, planning, and reporting for the EPC business and Americas region, including the U.S. and Canada. You will partner with the COO, CFO, and leaders to translate project performance into actionable insights and strengthen forecasting and budgeting processes.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in-office and emphasizes governance, scenario modeling, and executive reporting to support profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• MBA highly preferred.
• CFA/CPA/CMA certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of FP&A experience in corporate or growth environments.
• 5+ years EPC industry background preferred.
• 3+ years Renewables construction experience preferred.
• Strong ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis for the EPC business and corporate functions.
• Own consolidated FP&A for the Americas including EPC, Development, and Corporate results.
• Manage cash flow forecast, OPEX, CAPEX, and DevEx reporting.
• Ensure FP&A quality controls and a single source of truth for metrics.
• Provide executive-level analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Partner with project, construction, and operations teams to improve cost forecasts and margins.
• Lead a team and drive timely inputs and accountability.
