Job summary

Res Group in the United States (Denver area) seeks a Director of FP&A to lead forecasting, planning, reporting, and financial analysis for the EPC business and corporate functions across the Americas. This role partners with the COO, CFO, and business leaders to drive insights and strategic decisions that support profitable growth.

The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week, and focuses on strengthening forecasting, reporting standards, and cash flow projections

Qualifications

• Leads forecasting, budgeting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis for the EPC business and corporate functions.
• Owns consolidated FP&A for the Americas, including cash flow forecasting and group reporting cadence.
• Drives planning, governance, and standardization of FP&A processes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis for EPC and corporate functions.
• Owns Amercicas FP&A including cash flow, OPEX, CAPEX and DevEx reporting.
• Interacts with CFO/COO and senior leadership to translate performance into insights.
• Develops and maintains integrated financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Delivers executive-level analysis and performance reporting with clear recommendations.
