A growing SaaS company based in New York City is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to drive financial insights and support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, proficiency in financial modeling, and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment. • 4-7 years of hands-on FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in New York City.
• Experience working with subscription or recurring revenue businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build driver-based models to project revenue, expenses, and headcount.
• Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with leaders in various departments to provide data-driven insights.
