Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Business Analyst to support Sales operations with data analytics, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. You will build advanced models and deliver insights to optimize strategies and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has strong Power BI, Tableau, and Excel skills, with FP&A capabilities and experience leveraging AI-driven tools for automation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, FP&A, financial modeling, or BI roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau (DAX/Power Query), and Excel.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data querying (SQL) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain financial and operational models for forecasting and revenue optimization.
• Develop dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI/Tableau for executive leadership.
• Collaborate to create reporting inside Salesforce and perform scenario planning tools in Excel.
• Provide insights to optimize sales processes, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Maintain data governance and ensure data accuracy across reporting activities.
