Lattice Semiconductor Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support Sales operations and executive leadership. The role emphasizes data analytics, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting with advanced Power BI, Tableau, and Excel capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or BI, strong data governance, and experience with Salesforce integrations to deliver actionable insights and enable revenue optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, FP&A, or BI roles.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau; strong Excel skills (macros/VBA).

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain complex financial/operational models to support forecasting and planning.
Develop dynamic dashboards in Power BI/Tableau for real-time insights.
Collaborate to create reporting in Salesforce and data tools for scenario planning.
Provide insights to improve sales processes and resource allocation.
Maintain data governance and data quality across sources.
Respond to ad hoc analyses and stakeholder requests.
