Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across Sales Operations and executive leadership. You will develop advanced models, forecast revenue, and deliver actionable insights using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

The role emphasizes partnering with CSO and cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies, improve forecasting accuracy, and automate analyses with AI-enhanced tools, within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, FP&A, or BI roles.
• Advanced Power BI and Tableau skills (DAX, Power Query).
• Excel mastery including macros and complex formulas; SQL and CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex financial and operational models for forecasting and revenue optimization.
• Develop dynamic dashboards in Power BI/Tableau for executive leadership and sales teams.
• Collaborate with CSO and sales to improve processes and resource allocation.
• Maintain data governance and data quality across sources.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and prepare analytical deliverables for leadership.
