Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor seeks a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead long-range planning for R&D and drive multi-year strategic budgeting. You will partner with Engineering and Product leadership, build sophisticated models, and deliver executive-level insights with dashboards and KPI reviews.

This role emphasizes mentorship of FP&A analysts and cross-functional collaboration for strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic business analysis.
• 5+ years in leadership or advisory role partnering across functions.
• Experience in R&D, engineering, technology, or product environments preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Analytics) or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel; FP&A software familiarity.
• Strong communication and executive collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ROI analysis, value realization tracking, and resource allocation for major internal R&D projects.
• Develop financial models for portfolio analysis, scenario planning, and capital allocation decisions.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership; advise on strategic business decisions and trade-offs.
• Deliver executive insights, dashboards, and KPI reviews on R&D performance and resource use.
