Job summary

Shift4 in Center Valley, PA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with FP&A and Treasury, driving performance through modeling and reporting. You will support senior leadership with insights to optimize outcomes and guide strategic decisions.

You will build advanced financial models, monitor KPIs, present findings to executives and the board, and mentor junior analysts while leading process improvements in reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical tools for large data sets preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• CPA, CFA, or other professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial results, forecasts, and budgets for assigned business units.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess performance, scenarios, and strategic decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, financial trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable business insights and present to executives/board.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to strengthen team capabilities and implement process improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics to support strategy.
