Job summary

Amplify seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to provide advanced financial insight, modeling, and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. You will partner with Finance, Product, and Operations to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform investment choices.

You will lead monthly reviews, deliver variance analyses, and drive cross-functional process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a corporate Finance or FP&A environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and project-based analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems using financial modeling and large data sets.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ability to extract, manipulate, and synthesize data from financial and operational systems.
• Strong project management and excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary FP&A partner for multiple departments; identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews with department heads and provide variance analyses and forward-looking recommendations.
• Develop scalable workflows and automated solutions to improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting packages tracking key KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end FTE reporting for budgeting and forecasting and serve as a data expert for workforce data.
