Job summary

SolomonEdwards in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own all FP&A functions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, reporting to the CFO with high visibility to executive leadership.

You will create and maintain sophisticated financial models, perform profitability and scenario analyses, prepare monthly management reports and Board packages, and work with senior leadership to drive profitable growth on a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Excellent financial modeling skills.
• Experience in financial analysis and analytics.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytics.
• Perform profitability analysis by division, customer, location, etc.
• Evaluate new business ventures, products, and markets and provide financially-based recommendations.
• Identify and monitor trends and KPIs.
• Create monthly management reporting, Board and Executive packages, and provide insight into financial results and trends.
• Perform break-even analysis, ROI analysis, pricing support, and scenario analysis.
• Manipulate data to identify meaningful relationships and provide insight into the business.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure profitable growth of the company.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Utilize systems and AI-driven tools to capture and track data.
• Ad hoc projects as required.

Rapidly growing company headquartered in Philadelphia is looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. Reporting to the CFO, this position will have high visibility to executive leadership. This standalone role will handle all FP&A functions for the business, with a heavy focus on financial modeling, analytics, reporting and financial analysis for decision support. Duties will include:

The Senior FP&A Analyst must possess the following:

• Background in investment banking or corporate FPA
• 5+ years of progressive experience
• Excellent financial modeling skills REQUIRED
• Experience in financial analysis and analytics
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Strong analytical abilities
• Solid business acumen
